主要科研领域及方向:
细胞骨架体系不仅推动细胞分裂、细胞迁移等多种细胞运动，而且在细胞核中调控着基因的表达以及染色体的组织。我的实验室主要使用结构生物学等方法研究：1）原核和真核细胞骨架蛋白的结构与动态行为的调控机理 2）核骨架蛋白的结构以及在染色质重塑中的作用 3）胞质分裂中的生物大分子机器的运转机理。
